Creative movement is a vehicle for discovery and healthy expression. It is enjoyable for all ages and abilities. Skills gained include problem solving, teamwork, positive self-image, poise, and optimism.
Elements is for anyone who loves to dance, no matter what your experience or background. We are noncompetitive and focus our energies on the process of creating and discovering. This encourages performances that are uplifting and artistic. This also encourages a culture of cooperation, unity, and seeing others for their potential and innate goodness.
